Founded in 2000, North Texas Kidney Disease Associates, P.A. (“NTKDA”) is a group of Board Certified physicians and nurse practitioners committed to providing quality services for people with kidney diseases at multiple hospitals in the North Texas region (Denton, Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, Lewisville, Carrollton, Plano and Frisco.) They are committed to providing each person with the latest and best nephrology sub-specialty care in hopes of educating and empowering their patients with the information needed to enhance their lives.

National

DaVita Inc., a Fortune 500(R) company, is a leading provider of kidney care in the United States, delivering dialysis services and education to patients with chronic kidney failure and end stage renal disease. As of March 31, 2010, DaVita operated or provided administrative services at 1,544 outpatient dialysis facilities, serving approximately 119,000 patients.


Fresenius Medical Care North America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, located in Bad Homburg, Germany. Through their dialysis services entity, Fresenius Medical Services, Fresenius Medical Care North America operates more than 1,700 outpatient dialysis clinics in the U.S.

Renal Ventures Management, LLC ("RVM"), provides nephrologists the opportunity to collaborate with a premier niche dialysis provider whose management team has more than 200 years of renal care experience.
RVM's value proposition is to provide a proven management and customer service strategy that allows their physician partners to compete effectively in the market place while maintaining autonomy over patient care.
