Mats Wahlström joins PCI bringing more than 23 years of global experience as CFO and CEO of healthcare companies. Mats brings a wealth of experience growing healthcare companies in the U.S. and around the world. Most recently, Mats served as Co-CEO of Fresenius Medical Care North America and CEO of Fresenius Medical Services, which operates more than 1,800 dialysis clinics in the U.S. Mats has 27 years of experience in the healthcare field and 25 years of experience in the renal field. Prior to joining Fresenius Medical Care in 2002, he held various positions at Gambro AB in Sweden, including President and CEO of Gambro U.S. as well as CFO of the Gambro Group. As Chairman of the Board of Managers, Mats will work closely with the board and the management team of PCI to further refine PCI’s business model and to accelerate the growth of the company. |

Pedro Vergne-Marini M.D., FACP, FACC Founder and Vice-Chairman |

Dr. Vergne-Marini is responsible for establishing and implementing the Company's overall corporate strategy. Dr. Vergne-Marini brings over 35 years of experience in patient care and health care related businesses. Since joining the Company, Dr. Vergne-Marini has been instrumental in creating and implementing the Company’s overall business strategy. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Vergne-Marini was the President and CEO of Dallas Nephrology Associates and Chairman of the Board of Renaissance Health Care. Dr. Pedro Vergne-Marini is currently the Program Director for Transplantation and Renal Disease at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. He is also an appointed Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and the Managing Partner for several existing physician real estate partnerships. Dr. Vergne-Marini holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Puerto Rico with a BS in Chemistry and a Medical Degree from the University of Maryland Medical School. He completed Internship and Residency programs and the NIH Fellowship in Cardiology at the University Hospital of the Puerto Rico School of Medicine where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Vergne-Marini then completed his NIH Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He is board certified with the Diplomat National Board of Medical Examiners, Diplomat American Board of Medicine, and Diplomat American Board of Nephrology. Dr. Vergne-Marini is a member of multiple medical societies of nephrology, including being a founding member of the American Society of Transplant Physicians and the Texas Transplant Society. |

Kerry brings over 27 years of experience leading healthcare companies. Most recently Kerry served as CEO of Healthgrades. During his tenure at Healthgrades he led the publicly traded company through eleven years of growth, and then facilitated the sale of the business to Vestar Capital Partners for $295MM in 2010. Under Kerry's leadership, Healthgrades transformed itself into the permier destination for consumers seeking information on doctors and hospitals, growing it online traffic to nearly one million daily visitors. Kerry built Healthgrades from a predecessor company, Specialty Care Network, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 1998. In 2000, he as named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and today continues to serve as Chairman of Healthgrades while routinely serving as contributing columnist to numerous business publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, Forbes and Business Week. In the new media and at conferences, Kerry is one of the industry's leading- and most fearless- spokespeople on physician quality, hospital quality, and the tidal wave of consumerism that is now changing the way America delivers healthcare. Kerry also serves as Director and Executive Advisor of WorldOne. Kerry has a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Colorado State University. As Vice-Chairman, Kerry will work closely with the board and the management team of PCI to further refine PCI’s business model and to accelerate the growth of the company. |

Pedro Juan Vergne-Morell Chief Executive Officer |

Pedro Juan Vergne-Morell is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of PCI by ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective via proper management and allocation of company resources. In addition, he is in charge of developing and maintaining PCI’s corporate identity and marketing direction in order to ensure that PCI is not only properly positioned but also highly visible. He will lead in determining the market needs and developing the corresponding products and solutions, along with maintaining investor relations, strategic partnerships and industry alliances. Pedro Juan brings over 17 years of experience with a proven track record of leading business growth by developing innovative and competitive services/solutions that not only build demand and brand awareness, but help consistently drive sustainable short and long term revenue growth. Pedro Juan holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas in Marketing and Finance. |

Javier Vergne-Morell Executive Vice President |

As SVP of Business Development, Javier is responsible for directing and overseeing the sales force and managing PCI's client relationships. He will work closely with the CEO to develop, implement and manage the long-term business and product/services strategy for the company. Javier brings over 12 years of senior-level business and strategy development, IPO, M&A and legal experience. Formerly, Javier served as Vice President of Business Development for Renal Ventures Management, LLC where he oversaw all acquisitions, de novo development, and on-going physician relationships. Mr. Vergne-Morell was also Director of Strategic Relationships for Broadlane, Inc. a healthcare-related organization specializing in supply chain cost management, labor and clinical staffing, equipment planning and information technology. He has also represented numerous emerging growth technology companies from early stage angel and venture capital financing through initial public offerings at Gunderson, Dettmer, Stough, Villeneuve, Franklin & Hachigan LLP and international corporations in cross border transactions and international securities issues at the global law firm Linklaters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University Law Center. |

Andrew T. Carnahan Senior VP of Real Estate Development |

As SVP of Real Estate Development Andrew's focus will be to lead and manage the funding and development process of each project and grow PCI's project development team to best match PCI’s development pipeline. Prior to joining PCI, Andrew was President of ForeSite Development, an urban planning and Development Company focused on commercial and residential real estate development. In addition, Andrew brings over 14 years of "top-to-bottom" real estate management experience ranging from real estate feasibility and sensitivity analysis and loan procurement to managing and developing turn-key commercial real estate solutions. Andrew has personally developed and executed over $100MM worth of real estate projects and managed the development of projects as large as 100,000 SF. Andrew holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. |

Adam Feldman General Counsel |

As General Counsel, Adam's focus will be to manage and oversee all of the legal and operational aspects of PCI's real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and construction matters, debt and equity transactions, and various other legal matters. Adam will work closely with the board, the management team, and the real estate development team to ensure that all such matters are handled in an efficient and timely manner, in order to maximize the Company's profitability and long-term growth strategies. Prior to joining PCI, Adam was external real estate counsel to PCI at the prestigious, Denver-based law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, as well as external counsel to the firm's other healthcare real estate clients. Adam brings over 14 years of national experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and construction, contract negotiation and drafting, hospitality, finance, and corporate matters. Prior to joining the Brownstein law firm, Adam was a founding partner at Patterson, Anderson & Feldman, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of Miami and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Adam is a member of both the Colorado Bar and the Florida Bar. |

Mary McKeogh Controller |

As Controller Mary will lead the Company’s accounting function as well as various associated FP&A activities. This includes the design, implementation and execution of accounting policies and procedures, internal accounting control systems, internal and external reporting systems, budgeting and forecasting mechanisms, and all other elements of an accounting environment. Mary brings over twenty years of accounting, auditing and financial management experience to PCI. Mary, who is a CPA, received her BS- Accounting Degree from Louisiana State University, and has considerable accounting and finance experience with a variety of different companies, specifically with controls, processes, and systems. |
