Physicians’ Capital Investment (PCI) has developed a strong Preferred Vendor Program allowing PCI to provide our customer with a truly turn-key, custom medical real estate solution.

At PCI we believe that by providing industry leading experience, financial strength, operational expertise and a strong collection of Preferred Vendors, our solution becomes more valuable than the sum of its parts.

The Physicians' Capital Investments Preferred Vendor Program (PCIPVP) was created to make it easy for PCI to work nationally with a prequalified, select group of vendors to work with PCI. The objective is to make working with PCI beneficial to all parties.

The goal of PCIPVP is simple: To enable new efficiencies for both PCI and vendors, bringing new value to the PCI ecosystem for the ultimate enhancement of our customers, investors and healthcare providers.

A primary purpose of PCIPVP is to define the way vendors do business with PCI, including vendors' requirements and expectations, in order to create a clear, straight path to success. The following are some key elements of PCIPVP:

• PCIPVP may include up to two (2) vendors within a predefined geographic area (currently defined as east, west or national) within the same goods/services category:

• In some cases, a PCIPVP vendor may be the sole supplier in a category
• Some categories of goods or services may not have a PCIPVP vendor
• The program includes only vendors who in previous projects have provided "exceptional" goods/services within their respective category
