Physicians' Capital Investments through Physicians’ Capital Markets (PCM) is pleased to offer to its investors* the ability to participate in any one of our many projects, which are NNN leased to either a healthcare provider and/or a physician practice for an initial period of 15-years.

When a project is roughly 80% complete, PCI via PCM will generate a project specific Confidential Private Offering Announcement (CPOM)  blotter. Once the blotter has closed, each investor, which has been accepted onto the blotter, will then receive his/her numbered CPOM for review and action.*
