PCI's MyPhysCap Investor Portal enables direct electronic communication between the company and its investors.

The PCI Investor Portal will provide you with immediate access to quarterly reports, tax returns (K-1) and audits for the partnerships in which you have invested, as well as the ability to download files from Physicians’ Capital Investments that you may need or have an interest in.

In order to help our investors manage their specific PCI portfolios more effectively and efficiently, PCI via its MyPhysCap Investor Portal provides (on a quarterly and once-yearly schedule**) financial information and results at the following levels:

• Cash on Cash by Investor and Property Level
   
• Cash on Cash by Returns at Investor and Property Level
   
• Portfolio Returns at an Investor Level

In addition, PCI’s investor reporting tool has been customized to provide investors (i.e., Physicians’ Capital Investments LLC and Property-level LPs) with pertinent and easy-to-review reporting that is relevant to PCI's business model and your investment structure with PCI. Your once-a-quarter personalized reports will reflect any of the following combinations of investment scenarios:

• A one unit investment in one location specific LP
• A one unit investment in PCI LLC
• A blended portfolio of one or multi-property LP units along with no, one or multi-unit investment of PCI LLC
