PCI’s Recruitment Support is distinctive simply by the fact that our ‘database’ of potential of doctors and medical staff is not a repository of people, but a list of the most promising physicians within highly regarded medical training programs. When you place a request for a Medical Director or Medical Doctor, we contact our vast investor network (i.e., Heads of Medical Training Programs) that will help match your needs to the community and medical group (LP) that is the most effective and rewarding for all parties.

We place doctors in solo and group practice opportunities. We focus our energies in the placement of medical staff that are looking for an opportunity to own a portion of ‘their’ practice and invest in ‘their’ community. Their goal must be long term and not short term, in other words Permanent Placement and not Locum Tenens. This translates to more qualified candidates for you, condensed initiation-to-successful placement time, lower costs and an accelerated return on investment for both you and PCI.
