Santa Fe Dialysis Complex Ribbon Cutting Coverage

On March 31st, 2010 Physicians’ Capital Investments (“PCI”) in conjunction with Fresenius Medical Care inaugurated the Santa Fe Dialysis Complex (aka Española Dialysis) located at 1420 Calle de la Merced Road in Española, New Mexico. With over 50+ participants, PCI can attest that it was the most attended event in its history. In addition to local citizens, patients, PCI, FMCNA and Nephrophiles staff members, this event was supported by the following distinguished speakers: the Honorable Ben Ray Lujan U.S. House of Representatives NM-3, Rice Powell CEO of FMCNA and Dr. Paul Kovnat Medical Director of the facility, who dedicated the new facility in memory of Dr. Allan Lenetsky of Nephrophiles, LLC.

The new Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Facility is located at 1420 Calle de la Merced Road in Española, New Mexico. We are also pleased to announce that Paul Kovnat, M.D. of Nephrophiles, LLC will be the Medical Director of the facility. As an investor and partner of the Kaufman Complex LP, Physicians’ Capital investments is pleased to invite you to the Kaufman Complex, LP ribbon cutting event to be held on Wednesday, August 12th at 11:30am. The property is 100% NNN leased to Fresenius of North America, the worlds largest provider of dialysis services with over $6.9 billion in revenue. We are also pleased to announce that Neghae Mawla, M.D. of Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) will be the Medical Director of the facility. Dr. Neghae Mawla received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston Medical School and completed his Residency and Fellowship at St. Louis University. Dr. Mawla joined DNA in April 2008.

As an investor and partner of the Allen Complex LP, Physicians’ Capital investments is pleased to provide you with an update on the Allen Complex, LP ribbon-cutting event held on Tuesday, June 30th. An estimated 60+ people attended the event. In addition to Dr. Lerman and myself, roughly 14 City of Allen dignitaries, 15 + PCI/FMC employees, along with a large crowd of FMC patients attended the ceremony.
